MEET THE PRINCIPLE
OLIVIA FLINT
Hey everyone! I’m Olivia Flint, the proud Principal and Founder of Vogue Performing Arts (VPA) — my lifelong dream and biggest aspiration come to life!
I’m a qualified Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet Teacher and AcroTrix Certified Instructor, with experience across many styles including lyrical, contemporary, jazz, and commercial. After over 16 years of dancing, I’ve been lucky enough to perform and compete at the highest level — becoming an All England finalist and a Dance World Cup gold medalist (World Champion) — experiences that shaped not just my dancing, but the person I am today.
As a little girl, I struggled with anxiety and never imagined I would have the confidence I do now. Dance completely changed that for me — it gave me strength, courage, and belief in myself. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating a space where every dancer feels supported, accepted, and empowered to shine in their own way.
My goal as a teacher is to help dancers find the same confidence and joy that dance gave me. I believe that the dance world should be inclusive, kind, and uplifting — not competitive or intimidating. At VPA, every dancer matters, and every small win is celebrated.
Creating Vogue Performing Arts has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I’m beyond grateful to share this journey with dancers who are brave, bold, and beautifully themselves. Together, we’re building a community where everyone belongs, and every dancer learns to believe in their own magic.

VICE PRINCIPLE
Bethan griffiths

I’m Bethan Griffiths, I am the Vice Principal of Vogue Performing Arts.
I'm a qualified AcroTrix Instructor and I’m currently working with the ISTD to gain my teachers qualification in modern. I am passionate about teaching and have extensive experience across a wide range of dance genres. I’m excited to combine my ISTD qualification with Olivia’s RAD qualification to offer our students a diverse and comprehensive dance education, everything they need to grow, challenge themselves, and succeed!
After over 16 years of dancing, including being an All England finalist and a Dance World Cup silver medalist, i am excited to share these experiences with our future students! Both Olivia and I want everyone at our school to feel welcomed and encouraged no matter their abilities!
I’m beyond excited for this new chapter and the opportunity to give the next generation of dancers the kind of experiences that will stay with them for a lifetime, just as they have with me.
